Human Troponin I, fast skeletal muscle (TNNI2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of human TNNI2 (Troponin I, fast-twitch isoform) in serum and plasma, and is also suitable for cell culture supernatant and cell or tissue lysate. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, giving a colorimetric read-out measured at 450 nm.

The stated working range is 78.125-5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL. Recovery in serum (n=5) was 89-104% with an average of 98%, in EDTA plasma (n=5) 87-104% with an average of 95%, and in heparin plasma (n=5) 88-103% with an average of 97%. Unopened components are stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.
