Human TRMT10C (Mitochondrial ribonuclease P protein 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI04895)

This Assay Genie ELISA kit quantitatively measures TRMT10C (mitochondrial ribonuclease P protein 1, also called MRPP1), the catalytic methyltransferase subunit of mitochondrial RNase P that performs 5' processing and m1G9 modification of mitochondrial tRNAs. The assay is validated for human TRMT10C and is applicable to cell lysate and tissue homogenate samples. Reliable quantification of TRMT10C supports investigations into mitochondrial tRNA maturation defects, perinatal-onset mitochondrial disease, microcephaly and epilepsy syndromes, and studies of mitochondrial dysfunction in metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders.
