Human TRIP10 ELISA Kit (HUFI08346)

TRIP10, also called CIP4 (Cdc42-interacting protein 4), is a multi-domain adaptor that couples membrane curvature sensing to actin cytoskeleton remodeling via its F-BAR and SH3 modules. Quantitative measurement of TRIP10 supports studies of cell migration, receptor endocytosis, vesicle trafficking, and thyroid hormone-receptor signaling. Researchers characterizing cytoskeletal regulators or oncogenic pathways frequently rely on the Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay for reproducible readouts. Each microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody; detection uses a biotinylated secondary antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and a chromogenic substrate step. The kit includes standard diluent, wash buffer, detection reagents, and TMB substrate; kit components should be refrigerated until first use. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, loaded in duplicate alongside a serial standard curve for interpolation.
