Human TRIM67 ELISA Kit (HUFI05956)

This colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of tripartite motif containing 67 (TRIM67) in human research samples. TRIM67 is a brain-enriched RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase belonging to the C-I TRIM subfamily alongside paralogs TRIM9 and TRIM46. Its C-terminal SPRY/B30.2 domain drives substrate recognition in pathways governing neuronal differentiation, axon guidance, and synaptic morphogenesis, while more recent work has also implicated TRIM67 in tumor cell proliferation and migration in certain carcinomas. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 assays in a standard microplate configuration and is intended for research use only in neuroscience, cell biology, and oncology laboratories studying TRIM family function. Components should be stored refrigerated, allowed to equilibrate to room temperature before running the assay, and protected from light where indicated by the package insert.
