Human TRIM31 ELISA Kit (HUFI05961)

The TRIM31 protein (Tripartite Motif Containing 31) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase with a RING-finger domain, widely studied for its role in innate immune signaling, particularly in RIG-I–mediated antiviral defense and the regulation of type I interferon responses. Assay Genie's TRIM31 immunoassay uses sandwich ELISA methodology on a 96-well microplate and accepts serum or plasma, requiring approximately 100 µL of sample per well. The assay supports research into hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer biology, and autophagy pathways where TRIM31 has been characterized as a context-dependent regulator. Quantification is performed colorimetrically using a standard microplate reader, with results interpolated from a recombinant human TRIM31 standard curve. All reagents are supplied in a microplate format, with the kit containing one 96-well plate sufficient for 96 Assays of duplicate measurements.
