Human Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (TREM1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (TREM1), also referred to as CD354 and Triggering receptor expressed on monocytes 1. The colorimetric assay is intended for research use and supports studies in immunology, particularly investigations of inflammatory processes such as sepsis, inflammatory bowel disease, and autoimmune disorders, in which TREM1 overexpression has been implicated.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 29.13 pg/mL. Intra CV is reported as 6.2% and Inter CV as 11.6%. Linearity has been evaluated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (107-116%, 88-98%, 101-111%, 100-109%), EDTA plasma (100-110%, 102-114%, 82-82%, 89-99%) and heparin plasma (99-109%, 106-116%, 92-102%, 110-120%). Recovery averages 102% for serum (range 96-108%) and 104% for plasma (range 98-110%).

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit recognises natural and recombinant human TREM1 (UniProt Q9NP99) and is supplied for research use only.
