Human TRIB3/Tribbles homolog 3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit designed for the precise measurement of human TRIB3 (Tribbles homolog 3) levels across a range of biological samples. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm following addition of stop solution.

Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 86–100%, 87–100% and 89–104% for serum (n = 5), 89–95%, 85–98% and 82–101% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 84–100%, 80–95% and 80–98% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike-and-recovery values average 96% for serum (range 90–104%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 92–102%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 87–98%). Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The protocol follows a six-step workflow: reagent and plate preparation; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes; biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and stop reaction with absorbance reading at 450 nm.
