Human TREML1/Trem-like transcript 1 protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human TREML1 (Trem-like transcript 1 protein) in biological specimens. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only.

Validated performance characteristics include a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 32pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.5% and an inter-assay CV of 6.7%. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human TREML1 protein.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. TREML1 is described as a cell surface receptor that may play a role in the innate and adaptive immune response and is a member of the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like (TREM) family.
