Human Trem-like transcript 1 protein (TREML1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate quantification of human TREML1 (Trem-like transcript 1 protein), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only. TREML1 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and functions as a cell surface receptor potentially involved in innate and adaptive immune responses, with established links to inflammatory processes and platelet biology, including Gray platelet syndrome.

The assay is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. Sensitivity is reported at 32pg/mL, with a detection range of 62.5–4000pg/mL. Precision is characterised by an intra-assay CV of 3.5% and an inter-assay CV of 6.7%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averages 99% (93–105%) in serum and 101% (95–107%) in plasma. The kit detects both natural and recombinant human TREML1, a single-pass type I membrane protein localised to the cell membrane (UniProt Q86YW5).
