Human Trappin-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1185)

A secreted serine protease inhibitor central to epithelial barrier function, Trappin-2 (also called elafin or SKALP) is implicated in neutrophil elastase regulation and innate immune responses. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human Trappin-2 in cell culture supernatant, heparinized plasma, and clotted serum-derived specimens, supporting research in skin inflammation, mucosal immunity, respiratory pathophysiology, and tissue remodeling. Each kit contains pre-coated microplate wells and all reagents required to generate a standard curve and process experimental samples, with capacity for 96 individual determinations.
