The Human Trappc9/NIBP ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of TRAPPC9 protein (also called NIBP, NIK and IKKβ-binding protein) in human research samples. TRAPPC9 functions as a component of the TRAPPII trafficking complex and acts as a scaffold in the non-canonical NF-κB signaling cascade by binding NIK and IKKβ. Loss-of-function mutations in TRAPPC9 cause autosomal recessive intellectual disability (MRT13), and variants have also been associated with obesity and type 2 diabetes susceptibility, making this target relevant for neurodevelopmental, inflammatory, and metabolic disease research.

This Assay Genie kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent, providing materials to run standard curves and unknown samples in parallel.
