Human TRAPB/SSR2 ELISA Kit (HUFI05976)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures human SSR2 (signal sequence receptor subunit 2), also called TRAP-beta, the beta subunit of the translocon-associated protein complex that anchors the signal recognition particle at the endoplasmic reticulum membrane during co-translational protein import. The ELISA-format kit is built on an antibody-based immunoassay format run on a standard microplate, provides 96 Assays per box, and uses an absorbance-based readout to deliver a numerical concentration value for the target. It is validated on serum-type and plasma-type specimens, with refrigerated storage recommended between uses. The reagents are intended for research use only.
