Human Transportin 1/TNPO1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate quantification of human Transportin 1 (TNPO1), also known as Karyopherin beta2, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection and is intended for research applications investigating the role of Transportin 1 in nucleocytoplasmic transport and its dysregulation in conditions such as cancer and viral infections.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL and a working range of 3.125-200 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n=5) is 89-103% at 1:2, 87-101% at 1:4, and 99-105% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n=5) 84-101%, 85-101%, and 83-97%; and for heparin plasma (n=5) 83-100%, 82-98%, and 81-96%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 99% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 99% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB-based color development.
