Human Transmembrane gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 4 (PRRG4) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA Kit provides a colorimetric method for quantifying human Transmembrane gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 4 (PRRG4), a single-pass type I membrane protein with a reported molecular weight of 25,403 Da (UniProt: Q9BZD6; chromosomal location 11p13). The kit is reactive with human samples and detects natural and recombinant PRRG4, also referred to as Proline-rich gamma-carboxyglutamic acid protein 4, Proline-rich Gla protein 4, PRGP4, and TMG4. The product is for research use only.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.312ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 8.4% and inter-assay CV of 10.6%. Linearity has been demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (111-120%, 100-110%, 94-104%, 104-113%), EDTA plasma (99-108%, 93-102%, 102-102%, 108-118%) and heparin plasma (105-116%, 91-100%, 88-97%, 109-119%). Recovery averaged 103% in serum (range 97-109%) and 105% in plasma (range 99-111%).

The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate (8×12 strips), two lyophilized standards, sample diluent (20ml), assay diluents A and B (10mL each), detection reagents A and B (120µL each), wash buffer (30mL), substrate (10mL), stop solution (10mL) and five plate sealers.
