Human Transgelin/TAGLN ELISA Kit

Designed for quantitative measurement of Transgelin (TAGLN), this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit from Assay Genie is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm.

Key performance specifications include a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions are reported for serum (84-100%, 82-101%, 88-98%), EDTA plasma (93-103%, 89-99%, 84-92%), and heparin plasma (89-98%, 85-103%, 88-98%). The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, technical manual, and Bradford reagent for total protein quantification. The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, followed by absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
