Human Transgelin-3 (TAGLN3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise and accurate measurement of human Transgelin-3 (TAGLN3) levels in biological samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The kit detects TAGLN3 over a range of 0.78-50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.23 ng/mL. Reported precision is 6.3% intra-assay CV and 9.9% inter-assay CV. Recovery is 103% (97-109%) in serum and 105% (99-111%) in plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Transgelin-3 and is intended for research use only.

TAGLN3 is a cytoskeleton-associated protein that colocalises with microtubules and actin, playing a role in cell cytoskeleton organisation and regulation of cell motility. Its dysregulation has been associated with cancer, cardiovascular disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. The protein corresponds to UniProt entry Q9UI15 and has a reported molecular weight of 22,473 Da.
