Description
A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the measurement of human Transforming growth factor beta-3 (TGFB3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method, with reactivity confirmed for human samples. Performance is characterised by a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10pg/mL.
Reproducibility is supported by an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. The kit is specific for the natural and recombinant human Transforming growth factor beta-3 proprotein (UniProt P10600) and is intended for research use only, with a research focus on cancer.
