Human Transferrin receptor protein 1 (TFRC) ELISA Kit

Validated for human samples, the kit reports intra-assay precision of 4.2% CV and inter-assay precision of 7.1% CV. Linearity has been confirmed across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with serum recovery averaging 97% (range 91-103%) and plasma recovery averaging 99% (range 93-105%). Specificity covers the natural and recombinant forms of the human protein.
