The kit delivers a detection range of 1.56-100U/mL with a reported sensitivity of 0.056U/mL. Reported precision figures are an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Dilutional linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and recovery averages 89% (83-95%) for serum and 91% (85-97%) for plasma.
