Human TRANCE/RANKL/TNFSF11 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of TRANCE/RANKL/TNFSF11 (Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11) in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The double antibody sandwich format uses highly specific antibodies pre-coated onto a microtitre plate, paired with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, producing a colourimetric readout at 450 nm following TMB substrate addition.

With a dynamic range of 78.125–5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity below 46.875 pg/ml, the kit supports precise analyte quantification across multiple sample types. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and should be stored at 2–8 °C, with expiry indicated on the box label. The kit is intended for research use only and follows an ultrafast protocol combining sample incubation, plate washing and signal development as described in the technical manual.

The kit is supplied with a lyophilised standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, biotin-labelled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer and an instruction manual. Additional materials required to run the assay include a 37 °C incubator, a 450 nm plate reader, precision pipettes, distilled water, disposable tubes and absorbent paper.
