Human TRAIL R3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1183)

TNFRSF10C, also known as DcR1, CD263, or TRAIL-R3, is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored decoy receptor that binds TRAIL but does not transmit an apoptotic signal. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of this protein in human samples, supporting oncology and apoptosis research focused on tumor-cell resistance to TRAIL-mediated cytotoxicity and on modulation of death-receptor signaling.

Validated for human cell culture supernatants and matched plasma or serum specimens, the kit supports apoptosis-pathway studies, tumor-resistance investigations, and biomarker screening efforts.
