Human TRAIL R2/TNFRSF10B ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of TRAIL-R2 (TNFRSF10B) levels, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for research into TRAIL-R2 (TNFRSF10B), a key receptor involved in the regulation of apoptosis that plays a role in immune response and cancer development, within the cell death research area.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported spiking recovery for serum (n=5) is 85–104% with an average of 96%, for EDTA plasma (n=5) 86–102% with an average of 92%, and for heparin plasma (n=5) 85–105% with an average of 95%. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is documented for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay follows a standard sandwich workflow: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, incubate standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, add biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes, add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate for 30 minutes, develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and add stop solution before measuring absorbance at 450 nm.
