Human TPSB2/Tryptase beta-2 ELISA Kit

The procedure follows a sample protocol involving reagent equilibration, sample and standard incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin addition, TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
