Human TPAb (Treponema pallidum antibody) ELISA Kit (HUFI08037)

This treponemal serology assay from Assay Genie qualitatively detects circulating antibodies produced against Treponema pallidum, the spirochete bacterium responsible for syphilis. The kit is routinely used in clinical laboratories as a confirmatory treponemal test following initial non-treponemal screening such as RPR or VDRL, supporting blood-bank donor screening, sexually transmitted infection panels, prenatal congenital syphilis work-ups, and epidemiological surveillance.

The microplate-based workflow includes pre-coated wells, all required reagents, wash buffer, enzyme conjugate, and positive and negative controls for each run. A 10 ul sample volume is sufficient per well, and the qualitative read-out reports reactive or non-reactive results.
