Human TOX2 (TOX high mobility group box family member 2) ELISA Kit (HUFI06009)

This Assay Genie kit targets TOX2, a member of the TOX high mobility group box family of transcription factors characterized by a conserved HMG-box DNA-binding domain. TOX2 has been linked to chromatin remodeling in lymphoid cells, particularly in the differentiation of T follicular helper populations and NK cell maturation, making its quantitative measurement useful in immunology and oncology research where altered lymphoid signaling is under investigation. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for human TOX2, and a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and recombinant standard are supplied to generate a standard curve for interpolation of unknown samples.
