Human TOR2A/Prosalusin ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of TOR2A/Prosalusin in human samples. The assay format is a Double Antibody Sandwich ELISA with colorimetric detection, a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL, and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity values (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 90–100%, 86–102% and 85–101% for serum; 83–93%, 87–100% and 82–101% for EDTA plasma; and 86–99%, 80–96% and 81–99% for heparin plasma. Recovery (n=5) is 91–103% (average 98%) in serum, 90–98% (average 93%) in EDTA plasma, and 85–104% (average 93%) in heparin plasma.
