Human Topoisomerase I ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Topoisomerase I ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA, double antibody immunoassay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TOP1 concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a reported sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a measuring range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. The kit is intended for research use only and should be stored at 4°C for 6 months.

Topoisomerase I is a key enzyme that regulates DNA topology by releasing supercoiling and torsional tension introduced during DNA replication and transcription. Validation data show recovery rates of 91-101% (average 96%) in serum, 86-98% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-101% (average 93%) in UFH plasma. Linearity was confirmed through serial dilutions, and precision is reported as intra-assay CV<8% and inter-assay CV<10%. The kit includes ELISA microplate (8×12 strips), lyophilized standard, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labeled antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), and plate sealer.
