Human TOP2B/DNA topoisomerase II beta ELISA Kit

Recovery was evaluated in serum (87-105%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (88-100%, average 92%), and UFH plasma (85-101%, average 93%), and linearity was demonstrated by serial dilutions of spiked samples across the same matrices.
