Human Toll Like Receptor 7 (TLR7) ELISA Kit

TLR7 is an endosomal pattern recognition receptor that senses single-stranded viral RNA and drives type I interferon production, making it central to studies of innate antiviral immunity, B cell activation, and autoimmune signaling such as systemic lupus erythematosus. This Assay Genie kit is a two-antibody capture format for quantitative measurement of human TLR7 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and related biological fluids. The protocol requires a sample volume of 100 uL per well, runs in approximately 3.5 hours, and the microplate should be refrigerated at 4°C upon arrival.
