Human Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of human Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10) levels in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL, supporting research into innate immune responses, inflammation, and infectious diseases.

Performance data include an intra-assay CV of 8.3% and inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Linearity has been validated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with recovery averaging 100% (range 94-106%) in serum and 102% (range 96-108%) in plasma. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Toll-like receptor 10, also known by the synonym CD290.

TLR10 is a member of the Toll-like receptor family, which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. The protein participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. Listed as a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt Q9BXR5, molecular weight 94,564 Da), it is most highly expressed in lymphoid tissues such as spleen, lymph node, thymus, and tonsil.
