Human Toll-like receptor 1 (TLR1) ELISA Kit

Also known as Toll/interleukin-1 receptor-like protein, TIL, and CD281, TLR1 is a key component of the innate immune system, participating in the response to microbial agents by specifically recognizing diacylated and triacylated lipopeptides and cooperating with TLR2 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipoproteins or lipopeptides.

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human TLR1. The kit offers a detection range of 0.156–10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, supporting precise quantification in immunology research.
