The Human TNRC4 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of trinucleotide repeat-containing gene 4 protein (TNRC4, also referred to as CELF4) in human clinical samples by ELISA. TNRC4 is an RNA-binding protein of the CELF/Bruno-like family implicated in neuronal development, regulation of synaptic transcripts, and aspects of pre-mRNA splicing in the nervous system; investigators studying neuromuscular signalling, neurodegeneration, or post-transcriptional RNA processing pathways frequently profile this target alongside related CELF family members.

Each kit ships with a precoated microplate, internal protein standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, chromogenic substrate, and stop solution sufficient to run a full plate. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted, store at -20 degrees C, and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve assay performance. Unused strips kept sealed in their foil pouch with desiccant should be refrigerated and remain stable for the kit's stated shelf life.
