Human TNFSF6/Fas Ligand ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate measurement of TNFSF6 (Fas Ligand) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. TNFSF6, also known as Fas Ligand, is a protein involved in regulating the immune response and inducing apoptosis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in autoimmune disorders and cancer.

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection. It has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Validated linearity is reported between 81% and 105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery averaging 93–97%. The kit includes an ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual. The target is also known by the synonyms FASL, FASLG, ALPS1B, APT1LG1, APTL, CD178, and CD95L (UniProt P48023).
