Human TNF-alpha ELISpot Kit

The Assay Genie Human TNF-alpha ELISpot Kit enables single-cell resolution detection of TNF-alpha secreting cells, capturing cytokine release at the source rather than measuring only bulk concentrations in cell culture supernatants and serum. Each spot corresponds to an individual responding cell, allowing enumeration of activated populations in PBMC and other immune cell preparations.

The assay uses a pre-coated plate with biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, with read-out performed on an automated ELISpot reader.

Kit components are shipped refrigerated and should be stored refrigerated until first use; reconstituted standards and detection antibody aliquots are frozen at -20 degrees C to preserve activity. All reagents are intended for research use only in vitro.
