Human TNF alpha ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human TNF-alpha concentrations across a standard curve range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. Using a double-antibody detection method, the assay is suitable for measuring cytokine levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and breast milk, and is intended for research use only.
