Human TMTC1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06034)

The TMTC1 ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Transmembrane and Tetratricopeptide Repeat Containing 1 in research specimens. TMTC1 is a multi-pass ER membrane protein containing tetratricopeptide repeat domains; it participates in intracellular calcium ion handling and has been linked to O-mannosylation of specific cadherin domains in published receptor biology studies.

Investigators apply the kit to studies of ER stress responses, calcium signaling in disease models, and biomarker discovery in translational research workflows. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop reagent in individual vials. Reconstituted standards and concentrated detection reagent are stored frozen at -20 degrees C in single-use aliquots, protected from light during handling.
