Human TMOD3 ELISA Kit (HUFI06027)

The Assay Genie TMOD3 ELISA enables quantitative measurement of Tropomodulin 3 in human serum and plasma. TMOD3 is an actin filament pointed-end capping protein that governs cytoskeletal organization, erythrocyte membrane mechanics, and cell motility, and altered expression has been reported in studies of cytoskeletal remodeling and tumor cell migration. The kit therefore supports translational research into cytoskeleton-associated biology and biomarker discovery.

Each kit provides a pre-coated 96-well microplate, capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, standards, and streptavidin-HRP reagents for colorimetric detection. A 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well, with a typical incubation schedule of 2 hours at room temperature followed by substrate development. Reagents are stable refrigerated at 4 °C until the expiration date; reconstituted standards and concentrated detection antibody should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw degradation. Intended for research use only; not validated for diagnostic applications.
