Human TMEM55B ELISA Kit (HUFI06045)

The Human TMEM55B ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures transmembrane protein 55B, a cytoplasmic phosphatase that converts phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PI(3,5)P2) to PI3P on late endosomal and lysosomal membranes. The assay supports research into lysosomal positioning, autophagy regulation, membrane trafficking, and endolysosomal signaling, where TMEM55B activity has been linked to neurotoxicity models and metabolic stress responses.
