Human TMEM50B ELISA Kit (HUFI06042)

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilized standards, and substrate solution. Samples are pipetted into individual wells and incubated at 37°C, after which absorbance values are recorded on a standard plate reader. The supplied standards generate a calibration curve used to interpolate unknown sample concentrations.

Unopened kits should be refrigerated; reconstituted reagents and standards are best stored frozen in small aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The kit is intended for research use only in vitro and is not approved for clinical or diagnostic procedures.
