Human TMEM38B ELISA Kit (HUFI06054)

The Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human transmembrane protein 38B (TMEM38B), also referred to as TRIC-B, a trimeric intracellular cation channel localized to the sarcoplasmic and endoplasmic reticulum membranes. Investigators working on intracellular calcium signaling, excitation-contraction coupling in striated muscle, and skeletal mineralization can apply this quantitative immunoassay to track TMEM38B expression in in vitro cell culture models and in vivo disease models.
