The Assay Genie Human TMEM195 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of monoacylglycerol lipase (MGLL), a serine hydrolase also known as MAGL, using a capture-and-detection antibody format on a pre-coated microplate. TMEM195 catalyzes the hydrolysis of 2-arachidonoylglycerol into arachidonic acid and glycerol, and is investigated in endocannabinoid signaling, neuroinflammation, and lipid metabolism research. Each kit supplies a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, chromogenic substrate, and stop reagent, with a sample volume of 100 uL per well.
