The Assay Genie Human TMEM182 ELISA Kit is built around a pre-coated microplate and a matched pair of monoclonal antibodies raised against recombinant human Transmembrane Protein 182, supporting quantitative measurement of endogenous TMEM182 in human blood-derived specimens. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for one full plate run, with a standard curve generated from a serial dilution of the supplied calibrator to interpolate sample concentrations. Recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well, and the assay is intended for research use only. Unopened components are shipped refrigerated; the lyophilised standard should be reconstituted and stored frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity.
