Human TMEM168 ELISA Kit (HUFI06069)

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of transmembrane protein 168 (TMEM168) in human serum and plasma samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format, with all reagents supplied for 96 individual determinations.

TMEM168 is a multi-pass membrane protein anchored in the endoplasmic reticulum, and elevated expression has been reported in non-small cell lung carcinoma tissue compared with matched normal lung. Researchers therefore apply this kit to studies on ER-membrane protein abundance in oncology workflows, cell biology, and biomarker discovery.

Each kit includes a pre-coated plate, lyophilized recombinant standards, detection antibody, wash and dilution buffers, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers. The recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, with absorbance read on a standard microplate reader.
