Human TMEM165 ELISA Kit (HUFI06068)

The Human TMEM165 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative research on TMEM165, a Golgi-localized transmembrane protein linked to manganese homeostasis and to congenital disorders of glycosylation, including CDG-IIk. Investigators studying Golgi trafficking, glycosylation pathway defects, or rare inherited metabolic disease can apply this immunoassay to human specimens for relative quantification of TMEM165 levels. The microplate format includes pre-coated capture wells, a standard curve of recombinant TMEM165, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Standard protocol recommends a 100 µL sample volume per well, with the working reaction developed for ELISA absorbance readout on a plate reader. All components should be refrigerated upon receipt, with the plate and liquid reagents kept cold and protected from light until use; freeze-thaw cycles of the standard should be avoided to preserve activity through the kit shelf life.
