Human TMEM132D ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of human Transmembrane protein 132D (TMEM132D). The assay is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is confirmed for natural and recombinant human Transmembrane protein 132D.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.082 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.9%, and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity was evaluated in serum (96–106% / 107–117% / 85–98% / 100–109% at 1:2 / 1:4 / 1:8 / 1:16), EDTA plasma (96–106% / 105–117% / 114–126% / 90–99%) and heparin plasma (87–99% / 93–103% / 81–91% / 111–121%). Recovery is reported at 86% (range 80–92%) for serum and 88% (range 82–94%) for plasma. TMEM132D is annotated as a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt Q14C87) that may serve as a cell-surface marker for oligodendrocyte differentiation. The kit is for research use only.
