Human TMEM11 ELISA Kit (HUFI06078)

Transmembrane protein 11 (TMEM11) is a mitochondrial outer-membrane component involved in cristae organization, mitochondrial fission, and regulation of apoptotic signaling. The Assay Genie human TMEM11 ELISA Kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of TMEM11 in prepared human specimens, supplied in a 96 Assays microplate configuration for investigations in mitochondrial biology, neurodegeneration, cardiovascular pathophysiology, and oncology where altered mitochondrial dynamics are of interest.

Each run yields an absorbance-based readout proportional to TMEM11 concentration in the sample, supporting longitudinal tracking of protein abundance following pharmacological treatment, siRNA knockdown, or genetic perturbation. The reagents are configured for research use only and are not intended for clinical diagnostic procedures.
