The Assay Genie Human TMED3 ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring transmembrane emp24 domain-containing protein 3 levels in human research specimens. TMED3 is a p24-family cargo receptor that participates in vesicle trafficking between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus, and it has been investigated for its involvement in lung and gastric cancer signaling pathways as well as innate immune regulation.
