Human TM9SF4 ELISA Kit (HUFI06083)

Transmembrane 9 Superfamily Member 4 (TM9SF4) is a multi-pass endosomal membrane protein implicated in phagocytosis, autophagy regulation, and trafficking from early endosomes to lysosomes. The Assay Genie human TM9SF4 ELISA kit provides a quantitative in vitro immunoassay for measuring this protein in research samples, supporting studies of immune cell function, inflammation, and tumor cell biology where altered endolysosomal trafficking is of interest.

Supplied in a 96 Assays microplate format, this research-use-only kit uses an absorbance-based readout compatible with standard plate readers. The assay is configured for detection of human TM9SF4 in serum or plasma specimens.
