Human TM4SF20 (Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 20) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 20 (TM4SF20) levels. It is a Double Antibody assay and uses a colorimetric detection method. The kit is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity in spiked samples is 93–100%, 84–94%, and 86–101% for serum (n = 5), 89–98%, 86–100%, and 83–98% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 89–98%, 82–95%, and 80–95% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges from 89–101% (average 92%) for serum, 89–97% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 87–101% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. The protocol involves equilibration of reagents, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with selected components additionally stored at -20°C for long-term use.
