Human TLR9/Toll-like receptor 9 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method in a double-antibody sandwich format, and is intended for research into TLR9 biology — a key immune-response protein that recognises pathogen-associated molecular patterns and has been implicated in autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

Linearity in serum (n=5) is 88–101% at 1:2, 85–105% at 1:4, and 85–101% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 82–100%, 83–100%, 83–95%; heparin plasma (n=5) 80–97%, 81–95%, 83–95%. Recovery averages 92% for serum (85–98%), 98% for EDTA plasma (88–104%), and 92% for heparin plasma (86–100%). The procedure involves primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Components are stored at 2–8 °C, with lyophilised standards and plate strips additionally storable at -20 °C for 12 months.
